Our expertise spans a diverse range of industrial services including steel erection, scaffolding, and fabrication, Civil Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Manpower.

Realizing customer requirements and ensuring their timely completion, the company developed a wide and ever growing clientele base. Managing Director
Mr. Sherief Maulakkiriath serves as Chairman and Managing Director of the company and has significant experience in the Construction industry.
Mr. Sherief is well known for his uncompromising business ethics and transparency in all dealings, which have contributed in making Top Builders International W.L.L the most preferred construction company in Qatar.
Prior to joining the Company, he has had very successful stints in diverse fields such as construction, real estate, trading, contracting and hospitality sector. He holds a bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Kannur University and Diploma in Information Technology from center for Development of Imaging Technology(C-DIT).
Having over 15 years of experience, Mr. Sherief has earned the trust and confidence of thousands of clientele through active interaction, prompt, efficient and dedicated service. He has a wide range of responsibilities for the overall working of the company that include business development, sales management, customer relationship management and corporate communications for the Company. He is also instrumental in making strategic decision for the group of companies.
Mr. Sherief’s leadership, innovative modern style and commitment to client service have resulted in significant growth and recognition of the organization as one of the Top Builders of Qatar.
